Dr. Willis Muncey is the founder and Owner of Blue Whale Optometry. He has over 30 years experience.

Dr. Seth Taylor joined Dr. Muncey's practice in 2011. Dr Taylor received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern State University in Aberdeen South Dakota and his Doctorate in Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry on Forest Grove, Oregon. While in school Dr. Taylor was an active member of the sports vision program where he worked with a range of college athletes in basketball, baseball, softball, football, and voleyball. He also interned at a vision therepy clinic and a VA hospital giving him experience in diagnosing eye movement and focusing disorders as well as diagnosing and treating a range of eye diseases. He is currently a meber of the American Optimetric Association.
